Administrative/Customer Service
Teamwork is the heart of our workplace philosophy. Our property management team includes managers, leasing agents, property accountants, building engineers and customer service personnel. These team members typically oversee 15-20 different buildings with 80-120 tenants. Every employee is dedicated to providing excellent service and creative problem-solving skills. Our development team combines diverse talents in finance, construction, urban design and city approvals. We tackle challenging projects, always looking to create innovative, energy-efficient, interesting buildings built with an eye for long-term value.
Our senior management team is dedicated to executing a strategic plan that brings together the interests of the firm’s stakeholders and the communities we serve. That means forging the right partnerships. We obtain the resources necessary to execute large-scale projects while working closely with cities, neighborhoods, key contractors and investors.
