Wellington Management, Inc.

Tom Moosbrugger is a building engineer for Wellington Management and has been with the company since 1999. Tom provides general maintenance needs for all of the Woodbury properties in addition to a few buildings in St. Paul. Tom comes in contact with our tenants on a daily basis and ensures their needs are taken care of with attention to detail. Prior to joining Wellington Management, Tom worked in the demolition business for twelve years.

Tom's hobbies include hunting, fishing and motorcycle riding with his two sons. He is married and resides in Woodbury.
