Alison Newton
Alison Newton is the development administrator at Wellington Management, Inc. She currently handles the accounts for the development properties in St. Paul. Not only is Alison responsible for the development accounts, she also handles the financial reporting for the development projects and manages the residential closings on behalf of Wellington Management.
Before joining Wellington Management in 2005, Alison was with Burnet Title and Coldwell Banker Burnet. Her knowledge in residential real estate and title has been beneficial with the residential projects Wellington Management has developed.
Alison was raised in Altura, a small town in southeastern Minnesota. She obtained a bachelor of arts degree in mathematical sciences and theology from the College of St. Catherine in 2004. She currently lives in St. Paul with her husband.
