Carrie Colbert
Carrie Colbert is the leasing administrator for Wellington Management, Inc. She joined the firm in 1999 and provides her support to four leasing agents. Carrie handles the day to day leasing administrative responsibilities, which consist of lease preparation, lease abstracts, and tracking all lease activity. Carrie also updates all the availability on our website and MnCar Exchange among multiple other administrative support duties. Prior to joining WMI, Carrie worked for a landscape designer in Woodbury.
Born and raised in LaCrosse, WI, Carrie owned and operated a French restaurant in LaCrosse before moving to St. Paul in 1994 with her daughter, Shayna.
Carrie volunteers at a local women's shelter two to three nights a week and is an avid Minnesota Twins fan. She also enjoys spending her free time reading, playing cards and relaxing with her Pomeranian.
