Connie Kasella
Connie Kasella is vice president of property management for Wellington Management, Inc. overseeing the Wellington Management commercial property portfolio. Connie joined Wellington Management, Inc. in 2000 and has direct responsibility for the oversight of the commercial portfolio valued at over three hundred and seventy five million dollars. This 3.7 million square foot portfolio is comprised of 86 buildings which include office buildings, shopping centers and industrial buildings.
Prior to joining Wellington Management, Inc. Connie worked as a senior property manager for 11 years at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker where she managed a variety of downtown medical high rise buildings as well as a variety of other property types. Connie obtained both the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 1997. She is a licensed realtor and has a great deal of experience in both property management and leasing.
Connie and her husband Tony reside in Woodbury with their three children. In her free time, Connie enjoys spending time with her family and she enjoys working with all of the creative elements of today’s digital photography.
