David Schwebel is the director of leasing at Wellington Management, Inc. David joined Wellington in 2005 and oversees all leasing activity. In addition to his management responsibilities, David is directly involved in leasing space at properties in the Energy Park District of St. Paul and several suburban properties in the Twin Cities area.

Over the span of his 15 years in the real estate profession, David has served entrepreneurial investors, major corporations, pension fund advisors, insurance companies and government agencies. Before joining Wellington Management, David was a General Manager at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker. He directed the operation of the suburban property portfolio consisting of twenty unique commercial projects in fifteen different sub-markets including out-state areas of Minnesota.

David has a bachelor of arts in business administration from the University of St. Thomas and he is currently on the Advisory Committee for the Capital City Partnership, the Economic Development Committee of the Midway Chamber of Commerce, the Brokers Group of the St. Paul Building Owners Association (BOMA), and an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He is also a former member of the St. Paul Mayor’s Business Review Council. In addition, he is an active volunteer serving the elderly and disabled in the Linwood area of St. Paul , where he lives with his wife and daughter.
