Kara Frank is currently a property manager with Wellington Management, Inc. (WMI). Kara joined WMI in June 2008 and currently manages office, industrial and retail properties in St. Paul and Edina. Prior to joining Wellington, Kara was an assistant property manager with Welsh Companies, working on various buildings throughout the metro area.

Kara graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2006 with a bachelor of science degree in Housing Studies and Business Management. She also participated in the University of St. Thomas mini MBA program, specializing in real estate development. Kara is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and has helped to initiate their young leadership program as well as increase student memberships. She completed the year long Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) young leadership program and is a member of the MNCAR emerging brokers committee. Recently she earned her Certified Property Managers designation (CPM).

Kara recently renovated a home in Golden Valley, which she enjoys with her husband and dog. In her spare time, Kara likes to stay active; she enjoys yoga, running and daily walks with her dog.
