Kathy Bayliss
Kathy Bayliss is a senior property manager with Wellington Management, Inc. Since joining the firm in 2000, Kathy has managed and leased properties in the east metro area of the Twin Cities, primarily in Woodbury. The majority of her properties are retail centers but she manages and leases a number of multi-tenant office buildings as well.
Kathy received her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 2006 and her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2009. She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, Minnesota Shopping Center Association, Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors and the Woodbury Chamber of Commerce. She is a 2005 graduate of the Leadership St. Paul program.
Before joining Wellington Management, Kathy worked for CB Richard Ellis, a national commercial real estate firm. Kathy has a bachelor of arts degree in international relations from Minnesota State at Mankato. She has two children and lives in Woodbury.
