Wellington Management, Inc.

Kori DeJong is currently a senior property manager at Wellington Management, Inc. Since joining the firm in 2004, Kori has managed and leased multiple buildings in the northeast, south and southwest areas of the Twin Cities. The majority of her properties are office/showroom but she manages offices and medical buildings as well.

Kori received her Certified Property Manager designation in 2007. She is currently an active member in both St. Paul Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She also is a member of the Education Committee for BOMA St. Paul and a member of the Public Relations Committee for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She has also volunteered with the St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce with their Leadership St. Paul recruitment and planning committees. 

Before joining Wellington Management, Kori was a property manager for Frauenshuh Companies, a local commercial real estate firm, managing approximately one million square feet in downtown St. Paul. She is married and lives with her husband and two daughters in a suburb of St. Paul.
