Wellington Management, Inc.

Robyn Plum has been a property manager at Wellington Management, Inc since 2005. She manages fifteen commercial buildings consisting of over 900,000 square feet of retail, industrial and multi-tenant office buildings in the areas of Arden Hills, North Oaks, Vadnais Heights and St. Paul. She holds a Minnesota Real Estate License and is working towards her Certified Property Manager Designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management Association (IREM).

Before joining Wellington Management, Robyn was a property manager at Xcel Energy working on Xcel's Minneapolis Downtown Consolidation Project. Prior to this position she worked for four years at the State of Minnesota in property and facilities management and before that was Gelco Information Network’s purchasing and facilities manager.

Robyn was born in Sydney, Australia. Her family then moved to Tokyo, Japan to join her father, a 3M Company executive. Robyn was introduced to a constant stream of overseas visitors, which has contributed to her interest in travel, culture and cuisine.

Robyn was raised in Hudson, Wisconsin on the beautiful St. Croix River and obtained a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. A former Master Gardener through the University of Minnesota's Extension Service for seven years, she has volunteered her time both as a speaker and educational specialist.

Robyn lives in Inver Grove Heights with her husband Todd, but continues to enjoy the St. Croix River where her parents still reside – boating, sailing and spending time with family.
