Earth Day Celebration at Minnesota Office Plaza!
Wellington Management, Inc. is proud to announce that their property, Minnesota Office Plaza, has been awarded the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Energy Star. With support of management and the building’s tenants, the EPA found that this property uses 35% less energy and generates 35% fewer greenhouse gas emissions than similar buildings across the nation. We held an event last week with the Minnesota Department of Education to commemorate this huge accomplishment.
