| Wellington Management's development division has a very diverse development portfolio; from new residential housing to renovated retail and office spaces. Since early 2000, four condominium projects have been completed for a total of 315 new urban homes. The development team has brought new life to many urban neighborhoods with the award winning Penn-Lowry Crossing development and Riverbend commercial and office buildings.
