Four employees have been working diligently on their education alongside their regular Wellington duties. Kathy Bayliss recently earned her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation after years of hard work and what has been described as, 
“The world’s hardest exam”. Kara Frank earned her CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation culminating several years of class work and exams. Ali Newton just graduated from Saint Paul’s respected Leadership Saint Paul program coordinated by the Saint Paul Chamber of Commerce. Mai Vang has obtained her MN real estate license, meeting the requirements of the MN Department of Commerce.
Wellington Management would like to recognize these employees for their hard work and dedication to not only their everyday tasks, but their commitment to further education.
