The Valley Creek Mall is Woodbury's original indoor shopping center. This 9,728 square foot, two building complex is located at the Valley Creek Road and I-494 intersection in the middle of one of the metropolitan area's most rapidly growing cities. The mall is home to more than twenty-five tenants. Most are locally owned and operated enterprises that bring a unique level of service and merchandise to the area. Keys Restaurant and Café serves its famous breakfasts (and more!). Ace Hardware has been a Woodbury institution for years. Warners' Stellian Appliance Company occupies over 12,000 square feet. This local, family-owned store offers a broad array of home appliances and exceptional customer service to the Woodbury Community. These and many other quality tenants make Valley Creek Mall, Woodbury's only interior mall, a special place. Wellington Management, Inc. acquired the mall in 1994 and completed an extensive $1,250,000 renovation bringing new life to a grand old facility. WELLINGTON MANAGEMENT, INC. developed the property and continues to provide all leasing and property management services.
