PROPERTY OVERVIEW

The Valley Creek Mall is Woodbury's original indoor shopping center. This 9,728 square foot, two building complex is located at the Valley Creek Road and I-494 intersection in the middle of one of the metropolitan area's most rapidly growing cities.

This local, family-owned store offers a broad array of home appliances and exceptional customer service to the Woodbury Community. These and many other quality tenants make Valley Creek Mall, Woodbury's only interior mall, a special place.

Wellington Management, Inc. acquired the mall in 1994 and completed an extensive $1,250,000 renovation bringing new life to a grand old facility.
