The principal tenants are Hirshfield's, Kelley Frame and Fine Art Gallery, Subway and Woodbury Cleaners. This retail facility is part of a $35 million mixed-use office and retail development in Woodbury's downtown area. The well-known Evergreen executive home neighborhood is situated immediately north of this retail center. Several residential communities are located in the immediate vicinity, including the Seasons, Interlachen Woods and Wedgewood Valley. KKE Architects designed the building. Keller Construction was the general contractor. WELLINGTON MANAGEMENT, INC. developed the property and continues to provide all leasing and property management services.
