The Energy Technology Center (ETC Building) is an impressive four story 235,950 square foot office building located in St. Paul's Energy Park. This modern, silver metal panel and glass building was constructed in 1982 by the Control Data Corporation. The building sits on a prime fourteen acre site in the heart of St. Paul's Energy Park district. The project boasts numerous amenities including an expansive vendateria, 840 stalls of surface parking, a loading dock and freight elevator and three separate elevator lobbies.

The ETC Building is conveniently located ten minutes from either downtown, with excellent access to Rosedale and Midway shopping centers. Individual office floors are as large as 60,000 sf. Tenants range in size from full floor to individual 1,000 sf. office suites. Exterior building signage is available along Energy Park Drive.Wellington Management, Inc. acquired the property in 1995 and proceeded to convert the building to the largest multi-tenant office building in Energy Park.
