Our core business is the management of a four million square foot portfolio of Twin Cities properties. We have nine professional property managers, seven property accountants and three building engineers whose full time jobs are to provide services in a responsive, cost effective and efficient manner.
WMI has spent the last three decades developing and improving the systems needed to keep track of all aspects of rent collection, debt payment, property maintenance services and building improvements. We routinely compare costs by building for each vendor and service provider. We carefully oversee each contractor hired to construct space in our properties.
While the majority of property management services involve properties we own, we also provide third party property management services. These third party clients appreciate that we manage their properties from an owner's perspective. We pride ourselves on being responsive and creative. We feel our financial reports are second to none, providing our owners with a complete understanding of how their investment is performing.
