SERVICE REQUEST

We are excited to have implemented a new customer service work order called Northwrite. To use it, please have your username and password readily available. If you don't have it or have lost it, contact our maintenance request line at 651-999-5516 to retrieve it.

Business hours are Monday to Friday 7:30 AM-5:00 PM. Service requests can also be made by phone at 651-999-5516 or via email maintenance@wellingtonmgt.com.

After hours emergency service is available at 651-270-3870.

We always try to provide same day service but requests received after 3:00 PM (with the exception of emergencies) may be handled the following day.
